When you submit an enquiry via our website contact form, we collect:

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes. This website does not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry. Your data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing purposes.
Data Transfer & Storage
Enquiries submitted via our contact form are sent as emails to your nearest GRM Bodycraft branch using Resend, a transactional email service.
We've configured Resend to use Enforced Transport Layer Security (TLS) when sending your data to our email inbox, ensuring your data is always protected when in transit.
Resend stores a record of data submitted via our website contact form for a maximum of 30 days, after which it is deleted. During that 30 day period, your data is stored in the United States (US).
Resend complies with UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) through certification under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Their Data Processing Addendum (DPA) also includes a Standard Contractual Clause to handle proper data export from the EU to the US. How Long We Keep Your Data
Contact form enquiries are only retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry, after which they are deleted.
